Activation Pending

Good day Fizz members,
I've just sign-up last week on September 13th and I've activated my Sim on September 15th. It's currently still pending (September 20th), and I made a request yesterday for a ticket. Anyone knows why it's taking this long to get a line activated or am I doing something wrong here.
