Problem with payment - home internet
I have an open ticket since 09-17-2022, until now I haven't heard from that time and every time I speak with customer service, the only word I get is is "We're sorry", "the request is in progress.." etc...
Nothing moving, tonight my internet will stop, I work from home. Really I don't know what to do? Life at fizz is runing slowly.
The payment went through twice, the bank confirmed to me
Time passes and no news
Has anyone experienced the same problem like me?

You will have to chat with Fizz direcly about that... Nobody can help you here. If you dont have any information under "My settings", "My tickets". :|
Say your internet is going to be cut tonight and you need an answer now.

I have the same problem right now. My ticket has been up for two days without an answer and my internet is now suspended. I will soon run out of mobile data.

That's what i'm thinking too. This is only my second month of internet with Fizz and i'm already getting this kind of problem

This sucks and its even worse knowing you need internet to work. I have sent them a message on facebook and twitter too still waiting for support.

I don't know how much you pay with fizz, but with Bell you can negotiate to get the same price, that's I did.

I had the same problem, I’ve made the payment and even thought got my internet suspended, the only answer I got from the customer service after waiting in the chat is “We apologize, the technical team is investigating …”.
I work from home so that caused a serious problem for me, I didn’t hesitate to go for an other option and cancel my Fizz internet. I’m satisfied with my new choice even if I’m going to pay more but at least they have a customer service that I can call and speak with to resolve my problems.

Thanks Youcef for the feedback, exactly what I did, I cancelled my internet with Fizz and I'm actually with Bell.
I pay more but a have safe mind
