Problem with payment - home internet
I have an open ticket since 09-17-2022, until now I haven't heard from that time and every time I speak with customer service, the only word I get is is "We're sorry", "the request is in progress.." etc...
Nothing moving, tonight my internet will stop, I work from home. Really I don't know what to do? Life at fizz is runing slowly.
The payment went through twice, the bank confirmed to me
Time passes and no news
Has anyone experienced the same problem like me?
