New Sim card upgrade

hi there, ordered new sim card as per Fizz's upgrade to LG5 & I am on week #2 and still have not received yet.

Can you kindly confirm what I need to do to track the shipment please?

    I am sorry for the situation encountered,
    I have verified your account and I can see that indeed you ordered the SIM cards.
    The delivery could take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. 
    There are some delays in shipping VoLTE SIM cards. If you ordered your VoLTE SIM card, don't worry. You will receive your envelope by regular mail, but the delay will be a bit longer than expected.
    Also, you will still receive the 5Gb of data, you do not need to worry about it.

    I have the same problem. Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and still did not receive. I dont see anything in order history. It showed the dated i ordered under transaction history. Nothing else.

    the transaction history only shows the date when ordered. There is no where to see the tracking status of the delivery.
