2nd time internet down in 48h

Anyone else having home internet issue currently? I've had 2 interruptions in the past 48h. Now the chat support queue, keeps idling between 19 and 21. I did the standard troubleshoot. I believe that the issue comes from outside my house like yesterday. Please help!

    I know you mentionned that you arlready check for the standard troubleshoots. If the situation keeps happening, you gonna have to contact Fizz support service team. They will be able to run some tests and see what's going on much more in details.

    It's a classic... When you have an interruption, a first technician makes a quick repair. Another returns a few days later to do things right...

    Internet is down for us too in Ahuntsic. The chat queue has been bouncing between 15-25 queue positions. I waited 1.5 hours only for it to say could not find representative. Chat ended after that.

    Same here, Internet is down in Ahuntsic since 5:30PM.

    I managed to get someone on the chat, they verified my account, then transferred me to tech support ... I have been "en cours de transfert" for 30 minutes now....

    Apparently there's a maintenance and Internet will be down for who knows how much more time.

    Same here, Ahuntsic resident with a completely shut down modem since approx. 5pm. Tried all the recommended solutions, still nothing.

    So frustrating, talked to someone who was of 0 help. I don't k know what else I can do!!! I need my internet back asap!!
