Appointment for wifi

Hey there I had appointment today 12th September and they just changed it to tomorrow like two hours ago and I took off from my job just for that .it does almost two weeks I’m waiting for them to come but they don’t seem to work on it that’s really bad customer services I have seen yet and I’m really disappointing today

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.
    I can see that your appointment is still set for today September 12th between 7:30 AM and 8:30 PM. 
    You can verify this from My plans > manage plan > appointments.
     You have nothing to worry about.
