Internet cable cut down by construction workers

Hi everyone,

Construction workers are replacing the bricks of my appartment and the internet went down. They told me they had to cut the cable in order to change the bricks and they told me to write to you so a technician could come reinstall the system.

I am at the right place? What can I do more? Who can I talk to?
