International calls add-on for Belgium not working

I bought an add-on of 60 minutes of international calls to Belgium but I can't use it (message telling me I can't call internationally). I did dial "+32" to call Belgium. Then I followed the instructions on the Fizz FAQ page, but the option "No international calls" does not appear under "Advanced parameters" for my plan. What could be the problem?

    Hey @AlexS !

    I had a similar problem not long ago. Unfortunately, what happened is Fizz had an overhaul of their international calls system and the FAQ page wasn't updated. What you have to do for now is chat with a rep so they can activate it for you in the system.

    Thanks for the info @vafi5612! Happy the problem is not on my end :) Unfortunately I tried to chat with a rep but turns out the Chat function is not working properly right now: it tells me I just ended a chat (which I did not), and it's impossible to start a new one. I tried sending Fizz a message in Messenger this morning but no answer so far...

    it depends how do you dial the number. + or 00 before

    @kokoboko I tried +32 and 01132. Neither worked. The automated message says I just can't call foreign numbers.
