Home Internet - Technical Issues
My home internet keeps disconnecting at random times during the day, for no apparent reason. When I reached out few weeks back, I was told it was due to some construction work around my area. However, this problem still persisting. Any solution for this please??? Thanks

Hello - I already tried all the above steps, still cutting out. It is very frustrating, I'm unable to work properly.

So, you will have to contact the support :( If you are sure it is not your devices, your modem signal may be bad, or there may be a problem with your modem.
They are really busy currently, be patient ...

The same thing is happening here (Laval area).. is getting more and more frequent that it simply cuts off.. I tried to contact support yesterday (through whatsapp) and after passing by the "automated messaging" was told that someone would be with me shortly.. It's now the next day and I'm still waiting for "someone" to contact me back!

They are completely overwhelmed these days with difficult SIM changes. By the chat, in general, it responding, but after several hours.
