Replace WiFi router
Hi,
I would like to order a new router as soon as possible.
My WiFi router suddenly stopped working. The only light showing up was the green power light at the top. Then this light started flickering and now no single light shows up. I tried a different outlet but same thing.

I sent a message on both WhatsApp and Messenger asking to chat with a customer service rep but I haven't heard back in the last 45 minutes... What is the expected wait time before I can chat with someone?
