Internet down in St. Lazare

Internet has been down for the past 1/2 hour (Network visible no internet connection). I've rebooted the modem several times. How do I report this problem?

    Sorry to hear about the situation encountered.


    From what I see the modem is online at the moment but there were some signal variations in the recent days.


    If the issue persists, I advise you to check the modem`s cables ( coaxial and power cable ), and to also test the modem in another power outlet to eliminate the possibility of this being an electrical issue.
