international travel - data roaming - Poland and Russia
Dear Fizz,
In 2 weeks, I am traveling to Gdansk, Poland, and Moscow, Russia for a 2-week business trip. I've checked https://fizz.ca/en/travel, which indicates that data roaming services are available in these two countries.
But due to the war in Ukraine, could you guys please follow up with the back office to confirm data roaming services are INDEED available in Moscow, Russia?
It would be terrible for me to travel to a foreign country without data roaming, I would not be able to do anything without data.

If you look on your Fizz account, you will see the travel add-on options currently available for Russia. While it is good idea to contact Fizz customer service to inquire regarding the latest status of service in Russia, do also note that things can change from-week-to-week. As this war continues, more sanctions are put in place, so the situation is not stable at all.
If you really have to go there and cannot survive without data, you should consider getting a local SIM card.
