I am new to Fizz and I am a bit confused on how to respond to a ticket I made.

I got an email saying they are awaiting my reply.

Do I answer back to the email or respond in a different way?

You can simply answer back to the email.

Sometime answer back by email doesn't work and if you it's your case that contact them this way
