Thank you for your interest in our services,
The modem is delivered by the technician when he comes to install the service.
That is the only way of delivering the modem to you. As the technician needs to make sure that when he leaves your connection is working.
Furthermore, if you can't be home for the installation, you can reschedule the appointment from your Fizz account> my plans > manage plan> appointments > reschedule.
