Am I alone stuck with Paybright payments even if phone returned months ago?
Hi!
I am trying here to get a little hope before further actions.
I bought a phone that i returned in the 15 days worry free as advertised.
July 6th a ticket was opened because i had no status info. Apparently, something went wrong with the ticket and now its been 1 whole month without any action on the ticket. I chatted with tech, and i received the same answer as the last ans last and last ones.... that i would receive an email when my case is resolved. Of course, my credit card is being billed each month even if i have no phone in my hands... am I alone with this issue ?

You can make a complain by going in your account-> settings-> contact forms
And contact Fizz customer service again to open another ticket
