VoLTE SIM card?

Hi,

When should I expect to get a confirmation from Fizz on sending me the new SIM?

    Hello RaptorJD,

    We already started sending the invitations to order the VoLTE compatible SIM.
    We will make sure that all our clients will have the new SIM card but it takes time due to a large number of customers.
    Rest assured, your invitation will also arrive as soon as possible.

    no idea. it could take months. I've asked customer support and all they said is "you will receive an email in the coming weeks"... first time I asked was 2 months ago.
