I want to sue fizz over theft. 12 times after cancelations my account and being warned of lawsuit

I have worn them numerous times since June 12th not to touch my credit card and they continue to steal from me. They have been warned that I charge $350 a day for wasting my time. And they choose not to contact me but they still try to steal from my credit card now they're costing me $20 every goddamn time so at this point I'm going to be suing fizz for theft and fraud. so I don't think anybody should be subscribing to them as they are the worst company around and it cost you an arm and a leg every month. Because they choose to charge you as many times as they want a month. Just fair warning not to waste your hard-earned money on a greedy Corporation
