Why can I not open most of the apps on my phone
I ran out of data a couple days ago so i had to buy an add on for extra. Though since i've gotten that I cannot use most of the apps on my phone, i am currently writing this on my laptop through a hotspot. The only apps that work are instagram and snapchat, other than that, the others never load. I can't search anything up on safari, or load anything on google maps and this is for all the other important apps on my phone. I know this is not a phone issue because all the apps work great with home internet but they cut out as soon as i use my LTE. I need an answer ASAP because hotspotting my laptop takes way too much data. Seriously, fizz needs a phone number to contact.

It seems the fault was on my end, in an attempt to use less data I turned of cellular use for many of my apps, one of which was my VPN app. Since I have my VPN on at all times it must have blocked the signal to roam the web. Hope this helps anyone else in the future!

Some apps fetch data from the server to complete the load so you need to be connected to WIFI or have Data to make it work.
