I cannot get my free sim card.

I received a email, and let me get a free sim card. But when I login my account, it is shows" I am not eligible". Please help

    Hi,

    in these circumstances, you should contact Fizz’s support team directly for advice but also for specific answers to correct this situation. Here is the procedure to follow in order to be able to contact the service.
