Wrong ref code when trying to activate new mobile plan

when trying to activate new mobile plan with below ref code, the code is changed and I cannot re-change it to RA23J. it keeps the other one of which I do not know nor want

    I am sorry to hear about this situation. 
    I recommend contacting our support team to investigate this situation further. 
    If the code was used and the plan is now pending activation, you might have to cancel and start a new one on a new account.
