Applied for home internet, Why no confirm after three days?

Hello,

I applied home internet on Friday, but still have not got any email yet. So the technician will come or not? And it's been charged right away, but the service is still pending?

    hello there, thank you for the reply. I am wondering if the tech will call when he arrives? I am waiting for the whole day, I know its not 8pm yet, but at least I want to make sure that I wouldnt miss him. thanks. And I also text on messenger, but did not get any response.

    • @Phyllis S. Hi, Do not expect a call from the technician. He’ll only contact you at the number you provided when you planned your appointment if he plans to arrive before or after the allocated time slot.
