Applied for home internet, Why no confirm after three days?

I applied home internet on Friday, but still have not got any email yet. So the technician will come or not? And it's been charged right away, but the service is still pending?

your technician appointments are in your Fizz account. Simply log in and under My plans > Manage plan > Appointments You’ll be able to view, reschedule or cancel your appointment, even up until the moment when the technician is on route.

And here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about this Email, they will be able to provide you precise answers about this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

hello there, thank you for the reply. I am wondering if the tech will call when he arrives? I am waiting for the whole day, I know its not 8pm yet, but at least I want to make sure that I wouldnt miss him. thanks. And I also text on messenger, but did not get any response.

- @Phyllis S. Hi, Do not expect a call from the technician. He’ll only contact you at the number you provided when you planned your appointment if he plans to arrive before or after the allocated time slot.
