Can I change my internet perks into a 1GB perk?

I no longer have internet with fizz for a couple of months and I still get those internet perks. Is there a way I can ask to replace them please?

    Hi Jonathan,

    unfortunately this will not be possible since each of these upgrades is associated with a specific service, and cannot be exchanged into an upgrade for another service. They must be used on the service for which they were acquired.
