Chat with Fizz support to solve the problem
· Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

You Buy an addon for data or for phone call ? whit phone call you don't have data

Fling, I don't know what you are referring to when you say addon for phone call ? Once outside of Canada/US you don't have phone calls with Fizz. It is Data and/or Text only.
For Columbia, texts are pay as you go only, so you need to ensure you have money in your wallet.
For Data, it depends on package you bought (see image below).
Need to have APN settings properly configured as mentioned above. You need to have roaming enabled also. AND the automatic for network selection does NOT always pick the correct carrier that Fizz has an agreement with. So you MAY have to manually select and try the other carriers available in the network selections.
Now, if all that fails, Fizz Customer service agents are only available online. Here we are all end users like you.

If it doesn't work, look at your general network settings. Data should be allowed when roaming. NEVER select automatic networks while roaming. Furthermore, you should verify your APN settings and make sure you follow the procedure at:
