Plan increasing when planning a move
Hi all,
I've got the 120/20 unlimited internet plan for my appartment. I'm moving next week and I'm planning the internet move as well.
When I start the process, the same plan is transferred but the price is increased from 50$ to 60$. Is this normal? Is there a way I can keep my actual price?

It's a known display issue. This has been happening for others.
The updated service agreement will have the correct unchanged price.

I was actually scared of a price increase I'll have to fight over afterwards. lol I just submitted the move request and will monitr the service agreement!

Besoin de modifier votre forfait Internet résidentiel? Pas de souci, mais prévoyez le faire avant ou après votre déménagement. Vous ne pouvez pas modifier votre forfait Internet résidentiel pendant votre déménagement.
