Refunding Issue

Thank you for your reply! I made a mistake on my previous plan (entered the wrong location of the internet installation), so I have to delete it and make a new one with the correct location. However, on the order history page of my account, I saw two transactions (1 correct and 1 canceled transaction) and 1 refund (of the canceled transaction). But on my bank information, I can only see the 2 transactions, no refund was visible.
I am wondering how long it takes for Fizz to refund the transaction of the canceled plan. I am quite worried since I have paid twice for the internet at a correct and a wrong location now.
