Refunding Issue

Thank you for your reply! I made a mistake on my previous plan (entered the wrong location of the internet installation), so I have to delete it and make a new one with the correct location. However, on the order history page of my account, I saw two transactions (1 correct and 1 canceled transaction) and 1 refund (of the canceled transaction). But on my bank information, I can only see the 2 transactions, no refund was visible.

I am wondering how long it takes for Fizz to refund the transaction of the canceled plan. I am quite worried since I have paid twice for the internet at a correct and a wrong location now.

    Here how to contact customer service to know your answer because Fizz will not tell you here. We are user like you. Click on the link to reach them

    Then you press the interrogation point (?) at the bottom right and all you have to do is choose the platform to contact them.

    Chatting is the only fast and efficient method because you interact directly with customer service.

    here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about any issue whit your payment, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:
