unable to receive unknown numbers
I have for several months can't receive unknown numbers on my phone since removing voicemail. I have not changed any settings on my phone. I have also tried re adding my voicemail but must wait for next billing. What can I do?

The issue should not be related to your voicemail at all.
Have you checked your phone settings to see if you are blocking calls from unknown numbers?
Or maybe you are accidentally forwarding those calls?
It's a few setting to check on your phone. Try restarting your phone as well.

you can change your plan at anytime by loging into your account. Although, the changes you make will only take effect at the beginning of your next payment cycle.

And as for the unknown calls issue, have you tried to reset your device, which could possibly solve this problem.

Do you know what happens when someone calls you from unknown number? What do they hear?

Is it possible you are not connecting to the Fizz network sometimes?

it only happens with unknown number like a hospital. Yet the hospital is in my contacts

Do you have another device you could test with? Put the SIM card in the other phone to see if the issue persists.
As suggested above, you can also try resetting your phone.

I am pretty sure you cannot add an unknown number or private caller as a contact.
However if you have added the actual hospital number in your contacts and you are accepting only calls from your contacts, this would explain why unknown numbers are not getting through on your phone.
