    Hello @Bubba,

I'm sorry to hear about the situation you encountered with the coaxial cable.

I verified your Fizz account and noted that after contacting us in private, an appointment with a technician has been set up for the 3rd of June.

I hope the situation has been solved and in case you encounter any difficulties, we invite you to contact us in private, on the desired contact channel, as we are available for our customers 24/7: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

Thanks and have a great day!

    - Cecilia

    Hi,

you'll have to contact Fizz’s support team directly so that an appointment can be made so that a technician can come and install a new one at your service address. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    -Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

If the cable is broken between a splitter and the modem, you may also change it by yourself.

Hello @Bubba, if the cable coming in to your house was damaged, it will need a technician for the repair. You can log in, go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit a request there. If it is another coax cable going to your modem that was damaged, just replace it, but I think you mean the cable coming in to your house.
