I have seen mention of people having this issue, although sometimes with shorter amounts of time. A call I had today ended abruptly. I heard three beeps and it was dropped shortly after. I checked the log and the call duration was exactly 10 minutes. Did anyone learn of a solution for this? All of the threads about the same or similar issue seemed to just end with recommendations to contact Fizz support.

    Hi John

You need to contact the support live you already Know to help you whit thaï problème

To contact Fizz customer service directly you can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

If the chat bubble still does not appear at the bottom of the page, on the right, after a few seconds, the number of pending sessions is higher than the service’s processing capacity. At that time, you can leave a message on the other proposed communication channels:

-By private message on Facebook/Messenger: https://facebook.com/fizzca.

-By private message on Twitter : https://mobile.twitter.com/fizz_ca

    -Whatsapp : (438) 393-5814

    Hi @John W. #1481

Did you try to reboot the phone or change the network operators, the steps for enabling your phone to automatically select a network varies depending on the type of phone. Here are two examples:

Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Automatic/Fizz

    iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz

Or only for a test, can you try to force the use of 3G

Fizz is testing the VoLTE, I don't know if can be somehow related to these testing.

I had the same problem only once this week.
