I move from Quebec to Ontario, can I keep the same phone number?

I am moving from Quebec to Ontario and would very much like to stay with fizz. But I heard that Fizz Quebec and Fizz Ontario are separate. Is there any way for me to keep my plan and phone number now, just transfer it to Ontario instead of within Quebec?

Only if you move to the great Ottawa area, since you need to stay in the subscription area. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/subscription-area-and-coverage-area
You can be outside for no more than 3 months.

There is no Fizz in Ontario other than a small part Of Ottawa and near the Québec border.
So you canot keep your actual phone number. You will need yo find another provider
