Is the ALCATEL MY FLIP 2 (A406DL) compatible with Fizz?

These are the Alcatel A406DL frequency I'm just not an expert so I don't know how to read the frequency to know if it is compatible or not with Fizz frequency. All the information needed for the compatibility check are down bellow. Can someone respond by a yes or no if it is compatible?

Alcatel A406DL frequency:
GSM frequencies: 850 900 1800 1900
Standard UMTS: 850 1700 1900 2100
Standard LTE:
-FDD LTE: 1900, 850
-TDD LTE: 2500
Fizz frequency:
-must support HSPA 850 MHz
-must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz

Yes the phone is compatible with Fizz 3G frequencies. UMTS and HSPA are 3G frequencies. Based on Fizz network frequencies today, you can use this phone with Fizz.
