Why do I need a service appointment when I move?
I recently moved apartments, and switched the internet service adress on my account. I already have the rotour hooked-up and the internet is working fine. So why do I need a mandatory service appointment when I move apartments if my internet is already installed and working fine?

            Yes, but according to your company documentation on my Fizz account website, a service appointment will cost $30. If there is no need for an appointment, then I don't see how this fee is justified. 0

            The fee was stated on the appointment booking page, even though I clicked the self-install option. Maybe I am incorrect, but I really don't want a fee for a service that is not needed. 0
