I do not receive SMS from institutions/companies/apps
I subscribed for a plan including unlimited texts in Canada. I have an account on Gemini but I'm locked out because the SMS do not reach my phone anymore. I can't use 2FA either as the SMS fail to reach my phone in this case too.
Is it possible to get a refund if I decide to leave the network?

I'm glad to hear that you managed to work something out with the 2FA via phone call. I would kindly suggest that if you encounter this situation again, try and configure the SMSC on your phone. I was able to work it out via phone call 2FA instead of via SMS. Please delete.
