my account is in good standing but i am still unable to make a call
Hi , i am unable to make local calls even if my calls are unlimited and my account is in good standing, when i call, it says my plan doesn't support this call and when someone calls me it says the number is not in service.
i have already tried all the methods , removing my sim card , trying on a different phone , everything is updated but still no resolution

If your service was suspended and you just paid your bill, service will be restored within 2 to 3 hours. Also try restarting your device at that point.
You are also able to see that the payment was successful by going to My Plans >> Transaction History.
