Schedule a technical visit
Good afternoon,
I need to schedule the visit of a technician in order to move my internet connection from one location in my house to another. I have a cable junction box in the basement but need to know if this connection is viable.

here's how to contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about the possibility of a technician visit, they will do do some further investigation to provide you precise answers. The service will be able to assess the situation for booking an appointment. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
