i added the international call add on but i need it active now. it says active next month.

i added the international call option and i want it active immediately and not in a month. how do i do that?

    This is not possible, Fizz is a prepaid service.

    You can always add money in your wallet or buy an addons in order to be able to use it right away.

    When does a plan change come into effect?

    Your new plan will take effect (and you will be billed the new amount) at the start of your next payment cycle

    If you need features such as data, minutes, texts or minutes for international calls immediately, buy an Add-On or use your Wallet to pay as you go.

    If you change your plan, your rolled-over data will match your new coverage. For example, if you switch from a Canada-US to a Quebec plan, your rollover data will also switch to a Quebec plan.

    Hello @rena, what do you mean by adding the international call option? Fizz offers the Canada + USA coverage option as a regular monthly plan but changes to your regular monthly plan do not come in to effect until your next billing period.. If you want to roam/call outside these areas using your Fizz phone number the option is to purchase a travel/long distance add-on, which do come in to effect immediately. If you do decide to contact Fizz for Customer Support, another method of contacting them is to log in, go to My Settings, Contact Form and submit your message and this exchange occurs by the email address registered on your account. I hope this information helps address your question.
