Reward activation
I activated a 30g reward 2 days ago and it says in my account that it will expire in 8 hrs. Simce it's impossible to get any help I'm asking here why. Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to us with this.
The matter to which you're referring is so due to the fact that some rewards
(perks in this case) begin to expire as soon as they are received, they have a certain life-span so to speak ( 30 days) so it's normal that no matter if you activated it 2 days ago, if it was activated a month ago, it will expire at its given moment.

· Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner
· Follow the link on this page: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

Hi Suzanne,
once deposited, this perk will be available for activation for 60 days, and once activated on your mobile plan you’ll have 60 days to use it after which this 30GB will expire.

So I suggest that you contact Fizz’s support team directly to inquire about that issue, they will be able to do some further investigation to correct this situation. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

Hello @Suzanne B. #36766, as @Dapfizzer commented, Perks should NOT expire until 60 days after you activate it. An alternate method to contact Fizz Customer Service is via the Contact Form under My Settings in your account, it opens a Support Ticket and the exchange occurs via the email address registered on your account. They should be able to correct this for you.

I had a perk that was expiring in a day or something, and I activated it and it was supposed to be active for 30 days, but even after I had activated it it still said 1 day. It was only after I closed that page, went back did it change to 30 days.
