Hi! So I'm a new user with Fizz and just wanted to know if I just have really slow data speeds after I use up my set amount of GBs. Thaaaaanks :)

    You can’t use more data that you have on your plan. You get the “full” speed data for let’s say 8Gb, but if you go over you’ll have to add money to your wallet or wait for the next month.

    Hello @yoshisaurus, if you mean on mobile, then no. Fizz mobile data is at a fixed amount as per your plan. Fizz does not offer unlimited mobile data, throttled or otherwise.

    @yoshisaurus, in QC and eastern ON, for unlimited mobile data you'd had to pay more and go with one of the big three providers, Videotron or choose Freedom Mobile which has its own limitations.
