Can I undo a pending upgrade removal?

Your upgrades can have any one of the following status:
- In use: you’re currently enjoying this upgrade every month. If you click on it, you’ll have the option to remove it from your plan.
- Pending activation: you chose to activate this upgrade, and it’ll be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle (and will, at that time, show the “active” status).
- Pending removal: this upgrade was active, and you chose to remove it from your plan, which will be done come your next payment cycle.
- Available: you can choose to activate it on one of your plans.

Hello @kkl, the short answer is no, you have to wait until the next payment period to make the change. I had a similar experience and the Fizz process is not as flexible as it could be. And Fizz team members cannot make every change, again, the Fizz 'system' is not as flexible as it could be.

Got it... too bad. I didn't notice it's the first day of my payment cycle, so I have to wait for another whole month.

if i remove one upgrade to make room for using another upgrade (since i dont have enough points yet to use more upgrade available) can it take it back next payment cycle ? or is it lost forever ?

The upgrades are yours, so far, forever. If you remove one from the active lists it should go back to your available list.

Upgrades are not actually deleted when you remove them, thet remain valid for a period of 24 months after they were obtained...

In fact, this part of my answer was one to King Theod’s question, whether the upgrade was forever lost when it was erased.
