first, click on that link: Change SIM and select Activate your SIM
After, you'll have to directly contact the customer service to identify you with a photo of an ID card so that the security of your account is not compromised. Hello @Helamabrouk, as long as the SIM your friend is giving you hasn't been previously used, follow the comments by @Dapfizzer. If it was used, it is likely no good to you as it was already linked to a number and user.
