Hi I am moving but I am leaving my router to the tenant m. Can they use it on a new fizz account? I just want to help them so they don't have to deal with the installation. Is that possible?

No, that is NOT possible. The router is provided to your name, for your account. At the end of your account you MUST return the router, or you will be charged $225+tx if not returned in the specified amount of time after you unsubscribe.

Make sure to keep a record of the tracking number, to ensure that you don't get charged.

  • Hello, as @Emporium pointed out the modem is linked to you and is the property of Fizz, you must return it in order to avoid any further charges and keep your account in good standing with Fizz, either for your mobile or future Internet account with them.
