Cancellation

I found out that the modem needs to be connected to a coax port. So I cancelled the installation that was scheduled for tomorrow. I would like to cancel my account. How do I go about this?

Cable installs are done daily in cold weather and generally it doesn't cause an issue. I assume you are in a new residence with no prior cable Internet, otherwise the Fizz modem should work on an existing coax cable from a previous install/provider.

Yes thanks for confirming. I just want to make sure that the cable install be done correctly and I don’t think that doing so in the winter is the best moment to do so.
