I found out that the modem needs to be connected to a coax port. So I cancelled the installation that was scheduled for tomorrow. I would like to cancel my account. How do I go about this?

    Hi Dave,

    since you cancelled the appointment with the technician, and you did not get the equipment, you have nothing to do to cancel your account, it will be done automaticly, and the first payment will be refunded to you.

    Hello SuprDave, nice knickname!

    Cable installs are done daily in cold weather and generally it doesn't cause an issue. I assume you are in a new residence with no prior cable Internet, otherwise the Fizz modem should work on an existing coax cable from a previous install/provider.

    Yes thanks for confirming. I just want to make sure that the cable install be done correctly and I don’t think that doing so in the winter is the best moment to do so.
