Customer Name not mentioned in the invoice and customer number mistmatch
I would like to have my name mentioned in the internet invoice but it is not shown . The customer number mentioned in the invoice is not the same as mentioned in the service agreement. How do I connect the invoice and the service agreement

Nobody whit fizz has is name on the invoice, only a customer number
Here is how to reach support
To Chat with Fizz support:
· Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner

· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode

If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser like Firefox edge or a private one.

How to contact the customer care team? Is there any phone number? I don't see the chat option available either

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately nothing happens after the chat green bubble is clicked. There was no blocker and I tried in all browsers (chrome, edge, firefox) and in private one as well.

Hello, I suggest you use the Contact Form in My Settings after logging in to your account. This opens a support ticket and a Fizz agent will contact you by the email registered with your account. This method saves your exchange in your emails for your records.
