Can you spare some data, please?
I'm new to Fizz - only two weeks - and already have a problem. My street connection is down for my unlimited home internet. And I'm on deadline for image-intensive work that I need to get done today with tethering through my phone and using phone data. The Fizz tech repair person won't be here until tomorrow and Fizz won't compensate me for the loss of unlimited data on my home cable account.
I've already used 2 GB of my phone data today and could use a little more. I'll pay it forward when I have a surplus.
