there's how you can directly contact the customer service to resolve this isue. You can do it by opening the following link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
They'll surely be able to help you.

Chat might be the easiest solution. That’s what usually gets me help quickly. Alternatively you can also reach out to Fizz via WhatsApp or Messenger. They do not offer a hotline you can call.

Hello, as others have pointed out there are several online chat features to reach a Fizz agent. Another option is the Contact Form in My Settings. This allows you send your complaint/request, include an attachment like a screenshot and go do other things rather than wait. Their responses arrive via the email address on your account.
