Phone ordered and plan confirmed by Paybright, but no confirmation from Fizz?

Hi,

i bought an Iphone XS with Paybright financing plan 4 days ago. I got the confirmation email from Paybright at the end of the process, but no confirmation from Fizz. No email from them, and nothing in my order history after 4 business days.

The date of my first payment is settled for january 20, i also used a 100$ bonus i got from Fizz which is still available for 9 days but decreases every day and doesn't appear as used even though i used it during the transaction.

How long is it supposed to take to get an order confirmation from Fizz?

    I am sorry for this situation encountered,

    I have verified the ticket that was created to solve this situation and I see that our technical team is working with PayBright right now towards solving this issue. They are communicating via email, that is why there is a delay.

    As soon as they finish the investigations on their end, you will be notified via email with all the details.

    As for the 100$ bonus, you don't need to worry as this matter will be taken into consideration as well when the issue is solved.

    Follow-up from the post creator:

    i had a chat with them, couldn't give me any infos, and they opened a ticket to see what's going on, but still no updates after 3 days.

    I'm still not reassured since no one can tell me what's happening with my phone, and my 100$ rebate bonus now expires in 6 days when i look in my account (reminder i used it during the transaction 8 days ago).

    With the holidays i understand everything is slowed down, but this is frustrating cause i have no control over this and all i want is the confirmation or delivery of my phone order.

    Having the same issue now (at least one other person on the forums too)... I'm hoping to read that you've got your phone finally.

  • Hello, in your communications with Fizz Customer Service point out that your $100 rebate is soon to expire. It is reasonable to expect them to extend that deadline given you are experiencing problems with the purchase and have made reasonable attempts to resolve it.

    It took 3 days to get my phone, by that time, I already had the confirmation by fizz that my phone was sent and with the $ off on the receipt. You should contact Fizz to be safe because something might be wrong with the order
