No issues getting 120+ here and I am on the 120 Plan. Just did a speedtest and here are my results:
Are you doing a speedtest via WiFi, or Wired ? Wifi can vary in terms of speed, since the WiFi connection can be the bottleneck. A true speedtest should be done wired (taking wifi limitations out of the loop).
Have you tried using the Fizz WiFi app to do a speedtest ? What do you get on that ?

I just discovered something: before i had around 130 too. Recently, i plugged the modem to a power bar that is connected to a UPS, and my speed was around 90.
I just connected the modem directly to UPS, and now the speed is around 130.
Thank you all for your answer

If you have an older PC you are limited to 100 Mbps and your speed test will be about 94Mbps. To check go to PC settings choose network and Properties the Link speed for an old pc is (Receive/Transmit):100/100 (Mbps) for newer one it's Link speed is (Receive/Transmit):1000/1000 (Mbps).
