No LTE and only 3G in Kanata South

Hi, today I have no LTE service and only 3G service. I have tried everything suggested before but nothing has fixed it. I've also tried my SIM in another phone and it was the same result. Can the LTE service to Kanata be looked into? Thanks!

    Other users complained of the same problem. Probably a network issue in Kanata.
